There is Internet, washing machine and heating provided in the flat. The room is until now partly furnished - a bed and a nice wardrobe is there. If you have no furniture we will organize the rest - if you already bring some stuff we will see how to manage it. So both is possible :)

Levent, which has 4 rooms and a big living room...there is 3 toilets in total, and one of them is private, which belongs to one of the rooms...we havent decided which rooms to take for ourselves, and we want to decide to take them, once we find our flatmates and talk it over with them...the price range is 450 TRL to 600 TRL...
the living room can be shared in two as well, because it is so big...and the price will be around 750 TRL, if it will be shared in two...there is a big kitchen in the flat, which you can see in the pictures....we actually have a lot of pictures, however, we are not able to put more than 4 pictures....so if you want to see further photos, just ask for them and we may sent via e-mail....
there is also a covered terrace, which has a beautiful view for the skyscrapers...
the flat is located 4-5 minutes away from 1. Levent Metro Station....and also just 3 minutes away from METROCITY and KANYON Shopping Malls....since there is metro station close to the apartment, you can consider yourself in Taksim within 20 minutes, once you leave the apartment...

by the way, there is gonna be deposit for every room as usual...and the price of the deposit will be the same as the price of the room, but it will be given back for sure before you leave the flat...
also the expenses will be shared amongst the people living in the flat...AND THE HOUSE WILL BE TOTALLY FURNISHED BY US, ONCE WE FIND OUR FLATMATES....

A young Turkish photographer (male) and a Spanish student (female) are looking for a flatmate to rent the master bedroom of our lovely apartment in the historic district of Talimhane (the hotel district next to Taksim square-- see link below). It is less than a 5 minute walk from our apartment to Taksim square, where you can find forms of public transportation to all parts of the city, lots of shopping, and nightlife activities. The neighborhood is very safe and well-lit at night, and our building is secure. We are seeking an easy-going, responsible person to share the apartment, and long-term renters are prefered.
The room for rent is large and sunny, and has it's own balcony, perfect for a small garden. We have wood floors all through out the apartment, except for the kitchen which has restored tiles, and the bathroom. The room comes with a full-sized bed with a memory-foam mattress, a desk, comfy chair, and dresser.
Included in the rent are heat, (our building is heated by central heating system in the winter and is quite cozy!) 24 hour hot water, unlimited wireless internet access, electricity, television with satelite, etc. We have a washing machine and all necessary kitchen appliances. The rent includes everything, and there are no hidden fees.
