Buyuk terasli dairede genis ve ferah bir oda var. Turkce bilgileri yazmayi istemiyorum ama isterseniz mesajda numarinizi yazin, her seyi anlatabilirim.

The Room:
4.3mX4m
Plenty of light
Wardrobe
My friend has an extra single bed that he will give me if you don't have one, or I can help you find big one used for around 100tl. I've seen new desks for sale nearby for 29tl and tables for even cheaper, and have seen plenty of nice, affordable second hand furniture around.
The Flat:
Clean
70m2 inside + 30m2 terrace
2 bedrooms
2 living rooms
Third/top floor
Fantastic spacious terrace overlooking a quiet sheltered series of gardens and trees
Terrace has awning so can be used rain or shine
Hammock, bbq
Wireless, limitless internet
Shower/tub
TV with DVD player
Working fridge, washing machine, oven, stove
Food processor, iron, sewing machine
Bright rooms
Parquet floors
Kombi water heating system
Steel door
Water tank so you never get stuck in the shower with soap in your hair when the neighborhood water is cut for maintenance
The Location:
4-7 minutes walk from the Osmanbey metro
20-30 min walk or 15 min walk+bus/metro to Taksim Square
A couple minutes from lots of grocery stores and all sorts of shops, and I can show you how to fish for groceries with a basket and a rope.
Bilezikci Sokak, a quiet street in between Sahin Sokak and Seymen Sokak in Kurtulus
Kurtulus is neither a "bad" neighborhood nor a "posh" one. It's a pretty open minded one with lots of families, students, minorities, single women and men.
The Roommate:
American (sorry) in mid-20s
3+ years in Turkey
I know enough about the culture at this point to give you a few pointers and can answer any questions you may have about the Turkish language as a Dilmer grad.
I like cooking with garlic and reading, and dislike urine on toilet seats.
I will be abroad for 2-5 months, starting in December or January, and will find someone else to stay in my room during that time.
I've just moved into the flat so I'm not sure what the utilities will be like, but based on previous experience I'm guessing around 60tl per person in the summer and 100tl per person in the winter, but that's just a guess, and obviously will be more if you like to wear shorts when it's snowing outside.
275euro/600tl
500tl deposit
