my name is Ozgur I am 33 years old, was born and grew up in Germany where I also studied (industrial engineering). Since 1 year I have been living in Izmir now (before I was 5 years in Istanbul). I am looking for 1 or 2 homemates.
The flat has 3 rooms + a big living room (which normally is not used in summer, cause we have a big balcony), 2 bathrooms, a 10 squaremeter balcony with a wonderful view all over Izmir and the coast from the 10th floor.
Your room will include :
-bed
-closet
-commode
-TV (with lots of english channels and some other,german,french,italian etc., digital TV)
-wirelss ADSL Internet
-table+chair
The rent I ask for one room is 250 € which includes all other costs like, heating,electricity,water,Internet,digital TV .. I also have to take one rent as deposit, just as insurance, have had bad expierences. The last month you stay you wont have to pay, the deposit takes the last months rents place.
Things like drinking water,toilet paper and stuff for cleaning will be shared...
You only need your clothes and thats it, just pick your luggage and move in...
I have a fridge, waching machine, cooking plates, and also in your room you will have blankets etc.. as I said only bring your lugguage thatll be enough..you even do not need to bring towels there are enough for everyone..
The flat is in a quiet area in Izmir (not central, but the are busses and shuttle busses), the flat is in a housing estate with 24 h security,private parking place etc... the flat is new I am the first user...
