- The house is in Kadikoy Centre. It is 3 mins. away to the Statue of Bull and 6 mins. to the Ferry Stations (Iskele) to Besiktas, Kabatas, Eminonu, Karakoy. New Metrobus is only 1 minute away.
- The room is for 120 TL / week. When you leave, you dont have to pay whole month if you exceed 1-2 weeks. You can pay the weeks you stayed. (480 TL / 4 weeks - 1 month)
- The room and the house are fully furnished. There is bed, desk, linen, wardrobes, cutleries, pans & pots are all provided.
- The area is 24 hr. safe with a police station (close to Kadikoy Belediyesi).
- There is TV, fridge, washing machine, wireless internet, 24 hr. hot water & heating all available.
- Many cafe, pubs, restaurants, shops and markets are within walking distance.
- 24 hrs. public transport to Taksim and Bostanci directions. Students we had were mostly studying in Yeditepe, Marmara, Bahcesehir (by ferry) Universities. Within walking distance to Dogus and Okan Universities.
