I (21,male) am an engineering student at Istanbul Technical University and a writer, living alone (well, with my cat) and looking for a flatmate for at least 1 month and 4 months tops.
The house is;
- 10 minutes by foot to Taksim square and central bus station.
- 15 minutes by foot to Nişantaşı.
- 6-7 minutes by foot to Metro Station.
- 2 minutes from the nearest Starbucks :p
- 5 minutes to ITU Architectural Faculty & 15 minutes to Mechanical Faculty
- 10 min. to Bilgi University Dolapdere Campus
- The street has 3 grocery stores. Also it is near to stores which sell pretty much everything one needs.
- One room is for rent. No huge common rooms for TV etc. But you will already have a TV in your room with cable networks.
- Double bed (which can be a sofa and comfortable & large). And a desk. [after you decide to come and live there will be a wardrobe.]
- Unlimited wireless internet connection.
- Kitchen equipments (kettle, toaster, fridge, frying pan, pots, oven) [if you dont feel like cooking there are lots of places with different cuisines which deliver food]
- Hot water 24h.
- Washing machine.
- you'll be free to change the room up to your own taste (small stuff of course such as; if you dont like lighting in the room)
- bills and apt. fees are included to the price.
The only issue would be that there is no door yet for your room (it is one half of my living room) that's why if you decide to rent, i will need the payment upfront to build that door for you.
