The flat has totally 3 rooms , 1 living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
One of the bathrooms is in your room , so you have your privacy. But if you like, you may also use my bathroom anytime , in which there is a big jakuzzi.
The furniture you see on the photos will all be thrown away and I will refurnish the flat with nice, modern IKEA furnitures and objects.
The apartment was built in 2007 due to the new earthquake regulations , which is a big issue in Istanbul.
There is 24 hours security guard at the front of the appartment, so you really feel safe.
The gas system is nature gas, so it is environment friendly and also clean and cheap.
There is a swimming pool in the garden, and also a basketball field.
The neighbours are all nice people , really no problem on that side.
The flat is in Kozyatagi, Erenkoy. Bagdad Street , the main shopping and leisure time street of Istanbul
and so the sea, where you can jog is about 25 minutes by walk, and only 5 minutes by taxi ( for 4 TL. )
E-5 highway which leads you to the Maltepe, Okan and Yeditepe Universities , is only 7 minutes by walk.
Marmara University, from which I graduated, is 20 minutes by minubus ( for 1,4 TL. )
Minubus street is 10 minutes by walk, from where you can take a minubus or bus to Taksim , Besiktas.
Information about me : I am 28 years old, economist, my work place is only 5 minutes away by walk from the flat. I work with my father, and we have all the stationery needs here - so if you need for instance print out or photocopies, you could do that at our office for free. I know the neighbourhood here quite well and have a nice communication with the coiffures, markets etc.
I speak English, German,French fluently and Russian at an intermediate level. I travel every 2 months ( doing a kind of world tour :) ) for 10 days , just for exploring new cultures. I am most of the time outside from one art festival to another concert or exhibition.
If you like I can teach you Turkish for free. I did that professionally a couple of years ago.
The rent is 700 TL, including the security guard and swimming pool costs. Gas, water, electricity isn't included. But they normally sum up to a total of 100 tl for month, meaning 50 for me, 50 for you.
