I am writing this ad for my old flatmate. I used to live with her but I moved back to the US.

The room and flat are furnished. It has natural gas heating. The room is spacious with bed (high quality mattress), wardrobe, and shelves. The flat is colorful. Most of the walls are purple, the kitchen is painted red. There is a balcony but no special view. The flat is on the second floor and is walking distance to ferries and main bus stop.

The rent is 500 YTL per month not including gas, Internet, water, etc.

My friend wants a female, preferably non-Turkish. She is about 30 years old and smokes. She and I always got along. She looked out for me and treated me as an equal and not just someone renting a room. She DOES NOT speak English (but she is learning). So you should have some basic Turkish.
