I need a flatmate starting from the beginning of December

The flat is a 125 sqm gem in a peaceful street in Cihangir (5 minutes to Taksim square).
It is fully-furnished with all the basics one needs for a comfy home.
The free room is huge with around 25 sqm, two windows, one 1.5 person size bed, 2 wardrobes and a large study-table.
The monthly rent (700 TL) includes water, electricity and wi-fi internet bills; natural-gas heating bill will be shared (split into 2)

If you are aged 25-35, decent, responsible, clean, non-smoking, respectful and fun-to-live-with (pffff what a list!), i'm looking forward to hearing from you :)
