I am a female painter and I am looking for someone who will use it with me. The flat is located just in one of the cutting streets of Istiklal Street which is located in the very center of the city. There is a large living room which is going to be used as an atelier. In addition to this, there is a toilet, a bath and a small kitchen in the flat. 24 hours hot water is available. It is on the 5th floor. The rental price is 600 Turkish liras excluding the utilities. The utilities are composed of water and electricity. It is a quite large flat.(about 140 m2)
The flat will be available from the 1st of November on.
