A place with a nice sea view. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 dining room.The house has some stuff in it such as a refrigerator, a washing machine, a dish washer and LCD television double and sinle beds.

The entrance is decorated by nice laminat parqued and the heating system is a Kombi. . When you enter the place you will see the dinning room just next to the dining room is the extra bedroom and bedroom is at the very end with a double bed and full cupboard and bed side tables. Beds are brand new double and single beds.

And the kitchen is also brand new decorated with an ankastre white goods. On this floor with all the cups and plates, kettle, pots and so on.

It is just 10 km to Taksim Square , 15 km to Sultan Ahmet. And it is just 5 minutes walk to Ortak�y ( a very nice place near sea side and to the park) Yildiz Park. Yildiz Park is one of the biggest park in Istanbul. The house is also near to all public transportations such as ferries, busses, mini bus and Metro station There . 3 grocery stores, barber shop, and so on.
