we have this furnished flat right behind the Cevahir Mall. So it's close to the metro stop. And there are also busses and mini busses to many central location. The house has a perfect kitchen with everything you may need, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, owen, and eatery stuff. The house has two televisions (one in the bedroom one in the living room) already set up with the cable network (you don't have to pay for it). There is this big bedroom with a double bed and a big wardrobe and others. The living room has a comfortable set of couches and chairs. And the bedroom is also very nice, clean and comfortable. There is this another room with a study table and a couch. It can be a living room, kid's room or a bedroom. That room has a balcony. The flat has a ready internet connection.
The area is safe. Before this, there were one american and one turkish guy living. It's preferred to have at least one Turkish person but it's not a must. The rent is paid in first two days of the month. The bills are on the landlords name.
To summarize, the flat is ready to move and live. It's recently cleaned very well. You will only bring your luggage.
